Modular Dungeon

An entirely modular, game-ready dungeon environment created for Unreal Engine 5. I owned the entire production pipeline for this solo project, from initial planning and blockout to final implementation. The collection features 67 architectural pieces and 50 props, designed to give developers a robust kit for creating endless layout variations.

All props were created using a high-to-low poly baking workflow between Blender and Substance Painter, ensuring high-fidelity detail on performance-optimised assets. The final scene was composed, lit, and rendered in real-time in Unreal Engine 5.

Result: This collection became a best-seller on the FAB marketplace, achieving over 175,000 downloads with a consistent 5-star rating and was featured by Epic Games.
