A hyper-optimised modular kit for creating contemporary English architecture in Unreal Engine. The entire collection of over 260 unique modular pieces is textured from a single, highly-efficient trim sheet set, making it exceptionally performant and ideal for large-scale procedural generation or projects targeting low-end hardware.
As the sole artist, I managed the entire pipeline, with a heavy focus on creating an asset pack that was both versatile and extremely resource-friendly.
